Can I exchange my product?
All battery operated products are battery tested before dispatch. However if for some reason the product arrives and doesn’t work, please notify us asap by email, and return the item in unused condition. We will then issue you with a replacement.

Can I get a cash refund?
No cash refunds are issued, only store credits, which can be used within this site or our oztion store.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments, Paypal, Australian Money Orders, Direct deposits* and cheques*.
**please note, that we will wait for these payment methods to clear before dispatching your order.

Can I purchase from your site if I don’t have a credit card?
Yes, please see above methods. We accept email & snail mail orders.

How will my items be packaged?
All items are bubble wrapped and plain wrapped for security and discretion.  Unless requested otherwise, all goodies will be sent in Australia Post Satchels.

How much is postage?
Postage is $8.00 for all orders under $100.00. Any order over $100.00 receives free post.

How long will my order take to get to me?
Upon receipt of payment, your item will be dispatched within 24hrs.  Unlike other sites, I don’t promise you overnight delivery when depending on which state your located, it may not get there overnight! Generally allow 2-3 working days.

Do you post to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we will post to any address within Australia, if you are sending as a gift, please let us know as we are happy to gift wrap for you free of charge.

There is a particular item that I want, but you don’t have it on your site. Can you get it for me?
We have access to over 6,000 products, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endevour to get you your item.
